Peer Mentoring Circles

The goal of the peer mentoring circles is to facilitate and support the exchange of diverse experiences, skills, and knowledge among medical writers of all subfields and experience levels. The peer mentoring circles aim to inspire, encourage, and provide professional development opportunities.
Register by March 15, 2025 to take part in our peer mentoring circle program
How do peer mentoring circles work?
-
Group topic: Choose your top 3 interests when signing up for the mentoring circles, and we will do our best to match participants and facilitators based on experience and interests.
-
Group size: Our aim is to assign 1-2 facilitators for groups of 4-6 participants. This may change depending on interest and availability.
-
Duration: The program will last for approximately 6 months, with the goal of 6 monthly meetings between October 2025 and April 2026. The exact schedule will be determined by each peer mentoring circle group. As this is a pilot program, we don’t know when another future program cycle might begin.
-
Time commitment: 1-3 hours per month including monthly meetings and any work that participants agree to do between meetings.
-
Meeting format: While online meetings are encouraged, peer mentoring circles can determine if in-person meetings are feasible
-
Requirements: We expect that participants will come to these peer mentoring circles with an open mind and willingness to learn.
